Vinification and ageing:After pressing , the wine is made at a controlled temperature of around 25°C with a short maceration of 6-8 days. A second fermentation follows, in stainless steel vats, with selected yeasts to attain that vivacity which makes the product easy to drink.
Tasting notes:A “fizzy” wine, young and brilliant, with an intensely bright ruby red colour. The aromas herald all this wine can offer: vinous, fresh fruit and persistent trace of maraschino cherry . The flavour is tasty, full and balanced, tempered and made lively by a slight fizzyness.
Alcohol content:13% vol.
Pairings:It is a wine that can go very well with any meal, offering its best with typical Monferrato dishes.
