IN ORIGINE
Sometimes you can’t help going back to basic.
Especially when we produce wine and its origin speaks to us whenever we walk in the vineyards, harvest the grapes or shake the hands of those who have grown grapes for generations.
A NEW BARBERA
WITH AN OLD HISTORY
With “In Origine” Cantina di Nizza has chosen to retrace its past starting from its very beginning by making a Piemonte d.o.c. Barbera from organically grown grapes, just as it was made sixty years ago when the winery was born. A simpler, more natural, and better wine at a price of €7 a bottle which is great value for money for everyone.
BIO IS SIMPLE,
BIO IS GOOD
We return to the simple way of doing things. We have eliminated all herbicides and use only natural pesticides such as sulphur, copper and pyrethrum. The grapes are all organic. The wine has no added sulphites and it is fermented with natural yeasts. We also chose to use lightweight glass bottle, 100% cotton labels and screw top caps in order to produce less CO2.
