Bronze tasting

The Bronze Tasting includes a visit to the Winery in Nizza Monferrato. A journey which leads to the discovery of the life cycle of grapes: from the arrivals of the grapes from the vineyards to the pressing of grapes, then to the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks and the ageing room. It also includes a detailed overview of the cooperative wine cellars architecture in 1950s and the description of the innovative waste water treatment process. The tour includes the tasting of 2 wines on your choice from our wine range (excluding our Cru Selection). The tasting will be accompanied with homemade grissini by Fongo Bakery.
